Anastasia Osho – Contemporary Gospel Singer/Songwriter | Minister of Hope & Healing
Hailing from Beaumont, Texas, Anastasia Osho is a Christian and Contemporary Gospel singer/songwriter whose music is rooted in faith, healing, and purpose. With a heart for ministry, Anastasia is passionate about leading people into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ—fulfilling the call of 2 Peter 3:9 that none should perish, but all come to know God.
A two-time cancer survivor and overcomer of a difficult childhood, Anastasia is a living testimony of God’s healing power. She uses her voice and pen to remind listeners they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and created for a divine purpose beyond imagination. For her, music is more than art—it’s a ministry of hope, freedom, forgiveness, and restoration in Christ.
Anastasia’s musical journey began in childhood, writing songs as early as age 12. Her first composition, “Just Keep on Tryin’,” was written during a period of depression and became a source of self-encouragement. “I literally sang my way out of depression,” she recalls. Since then, songwriting has remained a spiritual outlet, allowing her to communicate with God and uplift others.
Her sound is a unique fusion of Contemporary Gospel, Inspirational, Pop, Rock, and Soul, drawing inspiration from artists like Stevie Wonder, The Winans, and classic 80s pop music.
In 2014, Anastasia’s original single “Holy Spirit Fall on Me”—a heartfelt repentance prayer written during a season of spiritual darkness—earned an Honorable Mention Songwriting Award in the Song of the Year Contest. The track, featuring Nigerian gospel sensation Kenny K’ore, was produced by award-winning producer Wilson Joel.
Anastasia began performing publicly while attending Stephen F. Austin State University, though she has been singing in church since the age of seven. She has served as a praise and worship leader at three churches and ministered internationally in Lagos, Ibadan, and Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
Today, Anastasia continues to grow in her calling—not only as a singer, but as a minister of the Gospel. As one prophet once told her: “You’re not just a singer—you’re a minister who happens to sing.” For Anastasia, “the message is always more important than the music.”
She currently lives in the greater Houston area with her loving husband and son, and is actively seeking collaborations with like-minded artists—both local and international—who share her mission to spread the message of Jesus Christ through music.
